A STORY OF SWEET PASSIONS AND SUCCESS
Pasticceria Leonardo has been in Impruneta since 2013, and was created as a result of the thirty-year long experience of pastry master Leonardo D’Uva. Situated in Via Paolieri Ferdinando, a few steps away from Piazza Buondelmonti and the Santa Maria Basilica in Impruneta, there is a small laboratory, bar and patisserie that produces sweets, cakes and refined pastries using recipes from the past. The perfume of tradition is blended with passion, and the flavours bring forth memories of past times.
Special attention is given to the raw materials which are chosen with care and respect, in order to create simple, genuine pastries.
PASTRIES
WHERE THE FOCUS HAS REMAINED ON ITALIAN ARTISANAL TRADITIONS
Pasticceria Leonardo has always focused on the traditions of the Italian artisanal patisseries, and is extremely careful with regards to its food products. Only the freshest raw materials and ingredients are chosen using safe sourcing and certified guarantees.
The pastry, cream, fruit and decorations: every element is chosen and used with the greatest sensitivity, to be worked with skill and understanding. The production of sweets and specialties respects the seasonal nature of the ingredients, following the various periods of the year.
FRESH SWEET AND SAVOURY SPECIALITIES
Every day the patisserie is filled with sweet temptations: brioche, krapfen with cream, croissants, filled flaky short pastries, marzipan sweets, cannoli, spumiglie, meringues, wafers and cornets, cones and cream puffs, parigine, aragostelle, soft chocolates with liquor and coffee, chocolate specialties, fruit tarts, mignon cream puffs filled with flavours to please everyone.
WEDDING CAKES AND CAKES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Every special event should be celebrated with a special cake. The experience and professionalism of Pasticceria Leonardo is at your service with the most elaborate products to render a unique moment even more memorable.
Special ad hoc and to order products which can satisfy any need: cakes as decoration , wedding cakes, pastries for the bride. Also splendid birthday cakes or those for special events such as baptisms, communions and confirmations.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS, RECEPTIONS AND PARTIES
Pasticceria Leonardo produces and packages cakes and sweet specialties for all special occasions: Epiphany, Carnival, Valentine’s Day, 8th March, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, All Saint’s Day, All Soul’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter.
Pasticceria Leonardo organizes buffet and receptions for graduation parties, with sweet and savoury pastries and personalized cakes, decorated as the client desires.
BAR, COFFEE SHOP, BREAKFAST AND SNACKS
Pasticceria Leonardo is also a special place, a welcoming bar-coffee shop for different moments of the day. Only a few minutes from Florence, it is the right place to have a rich, genuine breakfast in Impruneta with its refined artisanal pastries and savoury tarts, or an excellent espresso, a fruit juice, freshly squeezed fruits and much more.

PACKING
ARTISANAL PASTRIES READY FOR EVERY OCCASION
Pasticceria Leonardo proposes a choice of its own artisanal products in practical gift packing for a sweet thought that is guaranteed to delight, allowing it to be transported and conserved for a long period.
Furthermore it is possible to purchase classical and decorated panettone cakes, colombe cakes and chocolate eggs for the most important festivities. Cakes with a Christmas or Easter theme can be made to order, in the shape of a trunk, a star or a dove.

Delicacies of all kinds for the next Fair of San Luca in Impruneta, Florence
At the fair of St. Luke to be held in Impruneta (Florence) 10 to 18 October 2015, Pastry Leonardo will remain open, even on Sundays all day, waiting for you with all kinds of goodies, chocolate creams, pastry, mignon and afternoon fabulous donuts with cream and hot donuts. The Fiera di San Luca in Impruneta is one of the oldest cattle fairs, which is celebrated the week in which falls the feast of St. Luke (October 18), the patron saint of the country.
