A STORY OF SWEET PASSIONS AND SUCCESS
Pasticceria Leonardo has been in Impruneta since 2013, and was created as a result of the thirty-year long experience of pastry master Leonardo D’Uva. Situated in Via Paolieri Ferdinando, a few steps away from Piazza Buondelmonti and the Santa Maria Basilica in Impruneta, there is a small laboratory, bar and patisserie that produces sweets, cakes and refined pastries using recipes from the past. The perfume of tradition is blended with passion, and the flavours bring forth memories of past times.
Special attention is given to the raw materials which are chosen with care and respect, in order to create simple, genuine pastries.
